Job summary

Atoms is seeking a Real Estate Development Associate to bridge development, construction, capital markets, and client teams from feasibility through design, permitting, construction, and delivery. The role requires a strong grasp of both business strategy and execution across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in real estate development, development management, owner's representation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of development budgets, project economics, underwriting, and feasibility analysis.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and investment committee materials.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing, acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, and development activities across multiple projects.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, utilities, municipalities, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, action items, permitting efforts, due diligence workstreams, and milestones.
• Assist in identifying risks, constraints, opportunities, and developing solutions.
• Ensure alignment between project teams, clients, and internal leadership.
