Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or highly analytical field.
• 2–3 years in an investment-facing environment with exposure to deploying capital or supporting investment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance partner to a Atoms business unit, owning forecasting, planning, and performance management.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform growth, drive efficiency, and guide capital allocation.
• Manage budgeting and long-range planning, build and own financial models, and evaluate initiatives across revenue, margin, and cost structure.
• Guide pricing, resource allocation, and cost optimization in collaboration with operations, product, and go-to-market teams.

What you'll do

• Act as the finance partner to one of the Atoms business units, owning forecasting, planning, and performance management.
• Work closely with business leaders and the CFO, you’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform growth, drive efficiency, and guide capital allocation.
• Manage budgeting and long-range planning, build and own best-in-class financial models, and evaluate critical initiatives across revenue, margin, and cost structure. You’ll track performance against KPIs, identify the underlying drivers of variance, and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of your business unit.
• Partner closely with operations, product, and go-to-market teams, you’ll guide decisions on pricing, resource allocation, and cost optimization, ensuring capital is deployed with discipline and aligned to the company’s highest-impact priorities.

What we’re looking for
