Related Ross, a West Palm Beach-based real estate development firm, seeks a cost-focused professional to manage cost reporting and budgeting across development and construction teams. You will collaborate with development, design, construction, accounting and legal to maintain accurate cost data and drive informed decisions.

Responsibilities include weekly/monthly reporting, cost code maintenance, cash flow preparation and procurement coordination to support projects from inception to close-out.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years real estate development or construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management; master’s in Construction Management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Intermediary between development, construction, accounting and legal to produce cost reporting.
• Ensure compliance with cost processes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Transform estimates into project cost code structure for tracking.
• Maintain ACR structure with cost transfers, new cost codes, and holds.
• Prepare historical, current, and forecast cost analyses for stakeholders.
• Maintain project budgets including hard/soft costs and contingencies.
• Track change events and report budget exposures.
• Monitor Holds with procurement on current and future use.
• Incorporate risk into cost projections and ensure accurate close-out data.
