Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in real estate development or construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management. Various undergraduate fields may be acceptable if accompanied by a master’s level degree in Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• General - act as an intermediary between development, construction, accounting and legal to produce financial/cost reporting.
• Ensure compliance to established processes and procedures for all cost processes.
• Reporting - responsible for the projects weekly and monthly cost reporting; discuss cost information with upper management.
• Transform estimates or proformas into cost code structure for the project.
• Maintain the ACR structure with transfers and new cost codes for budget, contracts, allowances, unbought scope and holds.
• Prepare cost analyses and reports with historical, current, and forecasted information for stakeholders.
• Develop budgets, track contingencies/holds, and report on risk in cost analysis.
• Work with teams to create and review estimates; prepare cash flows.
• Procurement - ensure budgets are accurate; assist in close out and incorporate cost data.
