Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business, real estate, economics, construction, architecture, or related field.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling with cash flow forecasting.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Self-starter with limited guidance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis of development opportunities and build detailed pro-forma models.
- Develop market analyses and strategic memoranda for acquisitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, partners, lenders, and clients.
- Assist in due diligence and documentation for new deals.
- Monitor progress and timelines for proposed transactions in the assigned region.
