Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate debt, accounting, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced technology skills with a proactive, innovative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations of approximately $78 billion in BREDS AUM and related transactions, including BXMT and fund structures.
• Partner with investment professionals, asset management, portfolio management, counsel, and BREDS finance teams to execute transactions.
• Oversee servicing and onboarding managed by a portfolio company and offshore team.
• Execute investment funding activities with treasury, debt financing, and currency considerations.
• Help manage credit facilities across multiple BREDS vehicles, including funding, repayments, compliance, and fee calculations.
• Liaise with asset managers and servicing teams through loan lifecycle events (modifications, extensions, workouts, repayments).
• Review monthly/quarterly analytics and prepare reporting for senior management.
