Job summary

Brio Real Estate, a Blackstone portfolio company, is seeking an Analyst of Capital Markets to support BREDS' global capital markets operations. You will assist in overseeing the liability side of the CRE loan portfolio, coordinate financing quotes, and help manage closings and ongoing financing relationships in the US.

This role requires a degree and 1–2 years' real estate finance experience, strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, with a proactive, independent yet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 1–2 years in real estate finance or capital markets.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop financing strategies for BREDS’ loan origination pipeline.
• Source and evaluate financing quotes from banks and counterparties.
• Assist in negotiating financing terms and coordinating closings.
• Draft or provide diligence materials and statements for transactions.
• Maintain financing data storage and generate regular reports.
