We are a real estate investment company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for data entry and manual skip tracing of property owners and heirs. The main responsibility is to build accurate lead lists by researching property owners, heirs, and contact information using public records and skip tracing tools. This role also includes light phone calls to verify that the correct homeowner or heir was identified (verification calls only, not sales calls). This is a long‑term position with stable daily hours.

Responsibilities

• Data entry into Google Sheets / Excel with high accuracy
• Manual skip tracing using Whitepages, Spokeo, and other research tools
• Research property owners and heirs using public records
• Verify phone numbers and contact details
• Make short verification calls to confirm the correct person
• Organize and update lead lists daily
• Follow detailed instructions and SOPs carefully

Requirements

• Good English (clear speaking and writing)
• Comfortable making short verification calls (not cold sales)
• Strong attention to detail (VERY important)
• Ability to work independently and stay focused for long periods
• Quiet working environment (no background noise during calls)
• Stable and fast internet connection
• Reliable headset and microphone
• Dual screen setup (REQUIRED for efficiency and multitasking)
• Experience with Whitepages and Spokeo (Preferred)
• Experience with real estate, public records, or skip tracing is a big advantage

Work Schedule

• 5 hours per day
• 5 days per week
• Long‑term, stable position

Compensation

• $500 per month ($125 per week)
• Performance bonuses based on accuracy, consistency, and productivity
• Potential salary increase after proven performance
