Responsibilities include maintaining HOA database, ensuring timely closures, supporting the funding process, and ensuring data accuracy across CRM and workflows. Night shifts are required; strong English and reliable internet are essential.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with US shift.
• Own a laptop and reliable internet.
• 1–8 years in US real estate or equivalent experience.
• Real estate finance, title, or legal background preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research various real estate properties and compile findings.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, HOA and cross‑department teams.
• Prepare PDF reports from public records and verify data with QC team.
• Ensure accuracy of booked orders in CRM and workflows.
• Support funding process and HOA document handling.
• Meet monthly targets and timely property closings.
