BCG Attorney Search in Mount Laurel, NJ seeks an Associate Attorney to support its New Jersey practice group. The role handles a high-volume creditors' rights and real estate litigation caseload, including drafting pleadings, researching issues, and managing discovery.

The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney in New Jersey with at least five years of experience and strong client-facing communication, case management, and teamwork across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Active NJ State Bar membership is required.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights.
• Proficiency with case management and reporting software.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Foreclosure, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and conduct legal research.
• Manage discovery and support motion practice.
• Oversee case progression from inception to resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams across jurisdictions.
• Make court appearances and travel as required.
