Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in a U.S. state, with Illinois in-house eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with negotiating and drafting: construction contracts, financing agreements, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other real estate documents.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including professional services and master service agreements.
• Draft and negotiate financing documents, including credit agreements, notes and mortgages.
• Provide strategic input on real estate terms, property management, and regulatory issues.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Handle additional projects as needed.
