Reyes Holdings is seeking an experienced real estate and corporate attorney to manage a broad portfolio, including development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and commercial leasing. The role partners with business leaders to advise on contract strategy and risk.

Requirements include a Juris Doctorate with 4–6 years of real estate or corporate practice, active Illinois bar admission and eligibility for in-house practice, plus a strong ethical track record and outstanding

Qualifications

• J.D. required with strong academic record and 4–6 years of real estate or corporate attorney experience.
• Active bar admission in a U.S. state and in-house practice eligibility for Illinois.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate construction contracts, financing agreements, letters of intent, purchase/sale agreements, leases, and other real estate docs.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including professional services agreements and master service agreements.
• Draft and negotiate financing documents like credit agreements, notes, and mortgages.
• Advise business leaders on real estate terms, property management, and regulatory matters.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Support other projects or duties as assigned.
