Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is assisting an in-house client in Northern California to hire a commercial real estate attorney for their NorCal office. The role is in-house, based north of San Francisco, with a 40-hour work week.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of commercial real estate experience, including purchase & sale and commercial leasing. Relocation candidates are welcome; compensation will be based on experience with a base range of $200k–$230k per year, plus about a 15% annual bonus.

Beacon Hill Legal is assisting our in-house client on a priority search to add a commercial real estate attorney to their NorCal office. Ideal candidates will have experience with purchase & sale as well as commercial leasing.

In‑house Real Estate Counsel: This in‑house role is with a fantastic, well‑established company located in wine country. This is a unique opportunity to work with an established company in Northern California. Ideally 3+ years of commercial real estate experience. This is an in‑office role and will be based north of SF – they are open to relocation candidates. It’s a 40‑hr work week schedule. The compensation will depend on experience, but the base range is ~$200k‑230k; with ~15% annual bonus. The company has extensive holdings nationwide, as well as leasing and development arms too.
