Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Commercial/Contracts Attorney for a remote, US-based assignment (Pacific Time hours). The initial term is 3 months, with potential extension and possible conversion to a permanent role, and roughly 40 hours per week.

The team may also consider experienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators. Responsibilities include MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and contract workflows, with Ironclad experience a plus; a bar license in good standing is required; ability

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience with commercial contracts and contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with Ironclad and contract administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle MSAs, DPAs, vendor and reseller agreements, and NDAs.
• Support sales, procurement, and legal teams with contract workflows.
• Monitor communications outside regular hours as required.

Job description

Beacon Hill's client, a technology company, is seeking a Commercial/Contracts Attorney to support its legal team and is also open to considering experienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators with relevant experience.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based); candidates must be primarily available during Pacific Time business hours

Start: ASAP

Duration: Initially 3 months, with the possibility of extending to 6 months or longer and potentially converting to a permanent position

Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Please note, given the company's international offices, candidates must be comfortable monitoring communications during evenings and weekends and acknowledging messages within a reasonable timeframe. Time spent doing so would be billable. This does not require working around the clock, but responsiveness outside regular business hours is important.

Pay: Based on experience, alignment with the responsibilities, and position:

Attorneys: $80-$90/hour

Contracts Specialist: $50-$60/hour

Contracts Administrator: $40-$45/hour

Qualifications:

Attorneys with commercial/contracts experience and an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Experienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators with relevant commercial contracts experience will also be considered Experience with Ironclad and contract administration/workflows is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Primarily handle Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), vendor and reseller agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and contract workflows Support both sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreements Assist with Ironclad, contract administration, and other legal support tasks, depending on experience and ability Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
