Taylor Root in Charlotte, NC, seeks a senior real estate transactional attorney to lead complex deals and closings. The role centers on drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents, while coordinating with clients to align transactions with strategic objectives.

You will guide due diligence, manage closings, and provide strategic legal advice on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing matters.

Formación

• 10+ years of real estate transactional experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions and leasing
• Drafting and negotiating complex real estate contracts
• Experience handling acquisitions, financing, development and leasing
• Knowledge of real estate debt or equity matters is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents (purchase agreements, leases, financing).
• Advise clients on business objectives, perform due diligence, and manage closing for real estate deals.

Compensation: $275,000 - $400,000 Base Salary based on experience

Required Experience:

• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions and leasing.
• 10+ years of Real Estate Transactional Experience
• Experience with drafting and negotiating contracts
• Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and leasing.
• Experience with real estate debt or equity matters is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and providing strategic legal guidance, conducting due diligence, and managing closing processes for real estate transactions.
