Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law.
• Experience advising governmental organizations on civil matters is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and advanced software applications.
• Availability during standard business hours, with flexibility for some evenings and weekends.
• Exemplary personal skills and ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of projects and oversee administrative staff.
• Draft and review contracts, easements, opinion letters, and corporate documents.
• Conduct client meetings by phone and in person.
• Lead and chair corporate client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with county real estate and recorder requirements.
• Efficiently manage electronic task lists and billing processes.
