Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters across federal, state, and arbitration forums.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including motions, discovery, court appearances, depositions, and witness preparation.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve case objectives.
