Job summary

Kutak Rock LLP seeks an Associate Attorney in its Denver office to join its busy Litigation practice. This role targets 3–5 years of experience in business, commercial and real estate litigation, and requires an active Colorado bar license.

The attorney will work with partners, associates and clients in federal and state courts, primarily in Colorado, with opportunities to engage nationwide. In-office work arrangement with potential hybrid options after training.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado bar in good standing required.
• 3–5 years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Experience in real estate litigation a plus.
• Willingness to handle federal and state court matters nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration forums, across the country.
• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation matters, including motions, discovery, court appearances, depositions, and witness preparation.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
