Qualifications

• Experience handling complex civil litigation matters.
• 3+ years in complex civil litigation; environmental/toxic tort/commercial preferred.
• Active California bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of complex civil litigation, including client communications, motions, discovery response, court appearances, mediations and negotiating settlements.
• Deposition taking and defending; draft disposition motions.
• Draft and file motions, including motions for summary judgment/adjudication.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communications.
