Job Opportunity: Real Estate Sales Support

North Alabama House Buyer is seeking motivated, full-time Cold Callers and Text Blasters to help us connect with homeowners interested in selling their properties. If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships, and want to be part of a positive, supportive team, this role could be perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Text (SMS) high volume of phone numbers daily
2. Call a high volume of phone numbers daily
3. Gather information from potential sellers to understand the condition of properties, land, or commercial buildings
4. Uncover seller motivation prior to walkthrough appointments
5. Have professional, personable, and energetic phone conversations with sellers to understand specific characteristics of the property they want to sell
6. Must be knowledgeable with Ring Central and other CRM tools
7. Maintain a strong work ethic and desire to accomplish daily goals
8. Display an enthusiastic personality and eagerness to work
9. Work well in a team environment and motivate co-workers and teammates

Qualifications:

• +2 years of experience as a real estate specialist in acquisitions, land acquisition, or sales is highly desired
• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
• Enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with superior phone skills to set and close appointments

Compensation:

$5 - $7 hourly
