Responsibilities

• Verify signing documents for accuracy before presentment.
• Meet with buyers, sellers, realtors and lenders to complete the closing; closings may be in office or remote (travel required).
• Answer questions from involved parties.
• Notarize and ensure documents are properly signed per lender instructions.
• Distribute or arrange disbursement of funds as needed.
• Scan or ship documents as required by the escrow team.
