Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License is required where mandated by law.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in QA/VLO or similar sales/QA role.
• Demonstrates strong product and program knowledge and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to present contracts and ensure understanding of terms.
• Develop understanding of closing, QA, and contract creation processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Underwriting and other departments for smooth closing.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Audit closing materials and advise on quality assurance and coaching as needed.
• Notarize documents as needed.
• Ensure closing processes are completed with all required paperwork.
