Qualifications

• Maintain active Florida Real Estate License as required by law.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• At least 1 year in QA/Quality Assurance or related sales support.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present contracts and documents to ensure customers understand terms.
• Understand closing paperwork, QA, and contract creation processes.
• Serve as a knowledgeable contact point throughout purchase processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Underwriting and other departments.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and develop tailored resolutions.
