Job summary

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

If so, you may be a perfect fit for the Closing Coordinator role at SettleWise, our national title insurance company.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the title insurance pipeline for SettleWise clients—from initial fee quote through post-close.

• Review and clear title based on underwriting conditions.

• Serve as a liaison between lenders and other third-party transaction partners.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Proactively track and manage transaction status and milestones.

• Address questions, concerns, and issues from clients with a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.

• Educate clients and partners on our processes to ensure smooth product delivery.

• Operate successfully both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

• Field all questions, complaints, and issues raised by clients on transactions.

The candidate will report directly to the SettleWise Operations Manager and also work closely with LodeStar’s CEO. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in an individual, self-driven role, as well as in a team environment centered upon constructive criticism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in title insurance, including curative and closing responsibilities.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Comfortable with both independent work and constructive team collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Additional Info:

• Part-time role to start, with the potential for full-time employment in 2026.
