• 0–2 years of real estate closing experience.
• Active Georgia bar admission or eligibility to practice.
• Willingness to participate in an excellent training program.

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchase process for homebuyers and residential real estate investors.
• Research and resolve building code and city violation issues.
• Facilitate assessed value disputes and land trust formation/funding.
• Ensure condominium and HOA compliance for purchasers.
• Coordinate with lenders, clients, realtors, and others; maintain frequent client contact.
