Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or Accounting.
• 2–3 years real estate acquisitions, investments, development, private equity, or capital markets.
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting for acquisitions, developments, recapitalizations, dispositions, joint ventures, and structured investments.
• Build and maintain financial models across various asset types.
• Analyze investment returns, cash flows, IRRs, and risk-adjusted metrics.
• Assist in evaluating opportunities across Texas and the Southeast markets.
• Coordinate diligence with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare investment recommendations and assist with deal execution.
• Support investor reporting and financing package preparation.
• Maintain pipeline tracking and market research inputs.
