Job summary

Meritex Company seeks a skilled Investment Analyst to support the Investments team in evaluating and underwriting industrial real estate opportunities nationwide. You will model cash flows, perform due diligence, and prepare investment memoranda for Committee review.

Responsibilities include presenting analysis to management, supporting site tours, broker meetings, and market research, with hybrid work from Minneapolis HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of commercial real estate work experience preferred (Investments/Asset Management/Due Diligence/Underwriting/Brokerage).
• Proficiency with Argus AE, CoStar, and Microsoft Excel; strong financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct underwriting and investment analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, and developments.
• Screen opportunities against Meritex investment criteria.
• Underwrite opportunities using Excel and Argus AE; perform sensitivity analyses.
