Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field.
• 3-5 years of commercial real estate work experience with complex transaction exposure.
• Proficiency with Argus AE, CoStar and financial modeling in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite investments and conduct financial analyses for acquisitions, dispositions and developments.
• Screen opportunities against Meritex investment criteria and prepare memoranda.
• Present investment analysis to management and Investment Committee.
• Perform market research and engage with brokerage industry for deal flow.
