The selected candidate will report to the CEO and will be responsible for end-to-end capital raising processes, utilizing their own network and relationships to achieve success.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in capital raising, a strong existing network of high-net-worth individuals, and a deep understanding of Reg D structures in the private real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of raising $50 million to $100 million from accredited investors.
• 7-10+ years in capital raising, private placement, or investor relations.
• Deep fluency in Reg D structures and private real estate or alternative assets.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a capital raising engine from one’s own network.
• Independently source capital through HNWIs and family offices.
• Drive conversion from initial conversation through closed commitment.
