Responsibilities

• Client service: manage multiple clients, software and chart of accounts on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Day-to-day transactions: coordinate and process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts and payroll.
• Month-end processing: prepare financial statements and complete account reconciliations.
• Quarterly/annual processing: complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s and related items per client requests.
