Job summary

CLA, a top national professional services firm, is seeking a Senior to join our CAAS (Client Accounting & Advisory Services) group supporting the Real Estate Industry. This role is located in Illinois, with additional options in Northern California, Phoenix, or Washington state offices.

Responsibilities include client service across multiple engagements, daily accounting tasks, month-end close, and ensuring quality of work.

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting/financial experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develops understanding of each client’s operations and manages multiple engagements.
• Lead A/P, cash disbursements, A/R, cash receipts, and payroll postings.
• Coordinate month-end close and reconciliations; prepare statements.
• Prepare tax workpapers and other client deliverables as requested.
• Oversee workflow of Associates and Analysts for quality.
• Assist with internal audit, due diligence, system selection, and other projects.
