We’re looking for a motivated real estate professional to join our team as a Buyer’s Agent. Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Follow the team plan Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Real estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
