Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Reno is seeking a detail‑oriented Brokerage Specialist to support fee earners with sales, marketing campaigns, transaction support, and client communications. You will help manage deal pipelines, prepare reports, and coordinate marketing materials using Adobe InDesign.

The role requires strong CRM maintenance, event coordination, and collaboration across Marketing, Research, and Operations. This on‑site Reno position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Experience supporting sales, marketing campaigns, or client service.
Experience with transaction support and due diligence.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Responsibilities

Provide sales, marketing, and transaction support.
Control and manage the pipeline of active transactions and see them to close.
Prepare monthly & weekly reports for clients detailing deal status and marketing efforts.
Coordinate with Marketing, Research, and other departments for proposals and content.
Maintain CRM data and ensure timely updates.
