Job summary

Windermere Summit invites ambitious newcomers to launch a real estate career with a cohort-based training environment. As the first firm built as a real estate new-broker training program, you join as a full licensee from day one, earning commissions while you learn and are mentored.

You'll train under Shelly Bean in a two-phase program, with weekly modules, mentorship, lead generation training, and in-house transaction coordination.

Qualifications

• Active WA real estate license or expected to complete within 60 days.
• Must pursue full-time real estate agent role.
• Dedicate 10-15 hours per week to structured training program.
• 15+ hours weekly training commitment.

Responsibilities

• Build your own real estate business as an independent contractor.
• Follow internal protocols for working with buyers and sellers.
• Provide guidance on marketing and purchasing property for best terms.
• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
• Attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions.
