Qualifications

• Must be entering real estate as a full-time agent.
• Commitment to 15+ hours of weekly training.
• Must maintain active WA real estate license or complete within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Build your own real estate business as an independent contractor.
• Follow internal protocols for working with buyers and sellers.
• Provide guidance and assist with marketing and purchasing properties at best terms.
• Remain knowledgeable about market trends and best practices.
• Attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions.
• Dedicate 10–15 hours per week to the structured training program.
• Comply with program expectations to grow and launch your business.
