Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation in Tampa, FL is seeking a Real Estate Banking Strategist to support senior coverage bankers in delivering a full spectrum of banking products to Real Estate Banking clients and prospects. You will coordinate quote sheets, client pitches, engagements and group projects involving company analysis and internal reporting.

Responsibilities include leading analytical work, managing a team of analysts, handling client relationships, and contributing to client materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with proven record of high achievement.
• Five (5) years of real estate banking experience or equivalent experience in the industry vertical.
• Advanced knowledge of traditional banking and and Real Estate Capital Markets products.
• MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides high level leadership and execution support to senior bankers by generating ideas, overseeing financial analyses and developing models.
• Oversees profitability analysis and executes recommendations for clients and prospects.
• Leads a team of analysts and associates and provides training.
• Manages select client relationships and prospecting opportunities.
• Performs in-depth company and industry research for strategic ideas and client advice.
• Contributes to client materials including quote sheets, pitches and proposals.
• Participates in client meetings, planning sessions and product partner meetings.
• Collaborates with team members and product partners across the firm.
• Manages multiple projects and may handle a small portfolio of relationships.
