Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction law experience
- Strong law firm experience representing owners and developers
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating construction agreements
- Strong knowledge of New York construction law and Lien Law
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional legal drafting ability
- Active New York Bar admission and in good standing
Responsibilities
- Advise owners and developers throughout all phases of construction projects
- Draft and negotiate construction, design, engineering, and consulting agreements
- Negotiate right-of-entry, access, and closeout agreements
- Advise clients on construction claims and project-related issues
- Resolve construction disputes outside of arbitration and litigation
