Job summary

You’ll represent owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project life cycle, running matters independently with sharp analytical, writing, and advocacy skills to deliver top-tier results for a sophisticated client roster.

Ideal candidates will be admitted to New York State and Federal courts, have experience across commercial construction

Qualifications

• Admission to practice in New York State and Federal courts.
• Experience across commercial construction matters: contract drafting, payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, delay claims, payment and performance bonds, Article 3-A trust disputes, and Article 78 proceedings.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, and client-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll represent owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the life cycle of a project — running matters independently, with the analytical, writing, and advocacy skills to exercise sound judgment and deliver top-tier results for a sophisticated roster of clients.
