The attorney will handle complex transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, and financing for multi-class assets, collaborating with a skilled team.

Qualified candidates have a JD from an ABA-accredited school and bar admissions in multiple states, with 5+ years of substantive experience in real estate.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
• Active bar admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related documents.
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence reviews including title, survey, zoning analyses.
• Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters.
• Collaborate across practice groups and manage client communications.

Our client, a national AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its sophisticated Commercial Real Estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex real estate transactions and working alongside a collaborative team on high‑profile matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing

5+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience

Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions

Strong understanding of real estate transaction structures, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes

Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities

Demonstrated commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork

Prior law firm experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities
