Our client, a national law firm in Nashville, seeks a Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Debt, Servicing & Restructuring Group. You will work with experienced attorneys on sophisticated real estate finance matters representing mid-market lenders.

Responsibilities include handling financing transactions, due diligence, and advising on loan closings and restructurings in a fast-paced environment. BigLaw background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in real estate finance or related transactional practice.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar.
• BigLaw experience preferred.
• Experience representing lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials preferred.
