The Merker Group, a national legal recruiting firm, is seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney for their Los Angeles offices at counsel level. The role covers acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, leasing, development matters and complex contract negotiations.

Ideally you have 10+ years of experience and a background from a peer firm. This is a hybrid position with reduced hours and a competitive salary.

• 10+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Experience at a peer firm is preferred.

The Merker Group (a leading National legal recruiting firm), is working on a role for an Am Law 200 firm with offices across the country. Their real estate group in the Los Angeles area is looking to find an experienced commercial real estate attorney with acquisitions/dispositions, financing transactions, leasing, development matters, and complex contract negotiations to hire at the counsel level. Experience at a peer firm is preferred.

This is a reduce hour role at a 1700 hours but the pay is still $220k-$300k. The ideally candidate will have a 10 or more years of experience. Hybrid work schedule for this firm.
