We are seeking an associate attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation or real estate transaction experience to assist in a diverse array of matters, including real estate disputes, contract interpretation, corporate governance, assessment recovery and restriction enforcement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation or real estate transaction experience.
• Must be detail-oriented with high caseload management.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills.

• Assist with assessment recovery.
• Enforce restrictions as needed.
