Job summary

Bradley K. Richardson, P.C. is seeking a motivated full-time Associate Attorney for our Anderson office to handle residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from intake through closing.
• Review contracts, title examinations, surveys, loan documents and closing statements.
• Conduct closings and explain documents clearly to clients.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, lenders, agents and staff.
• Maintain accurate files and meet deadlines in a collaborative team.

Bradley K. Richardson, P.C. a client-focused residential real estate law firm seeking a motivated, full time Associate Attorney to join our growing practice in the Anderson office. Our team provides responsive, practical legal guidance to buyers, sellers, developers and other real estate clients. We welcome applications from recent law school graduates as well as experienced attorneys who want to build or continue a career in residential real estate law. The Associate Attorney will manage residential real estate transactions from contract review through closing, communicate with directly with clients, engage in drafting of contracts and other documents, and help ensure each matter is handled accurately and efficiently. Training and mentorship will be available for a recent graduate or attorney new to this practice area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential purchases, sales, refinances, and related real estate transactions from intake through closing.
• Review contracts, title examinations, surveys, loan documents, deeds, affidavits, settlement statements, and other closing documents.
• Conduct closings and explain legal documents clearly to clients.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, lenders, real estate agents, title insurers, opposing counsel, and firm staff.
• Maintain accurate files, meet deadlines, and support the firm’s commitment to excellent client service in a collaborative team environment.
