Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Location: Columbia, South Carolina. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for an attorney who can commute to the Columbia office daily. The role may also require working from the Sumter office 1 to 3 days per week as needed, along with occasional local travel for closings, client meetings, and business development. Mileage is reimbursed.
Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active, valid South Carolina Bar license. Strong communication, organization, client-service skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines are essential. Residential real estate closing experience is preferred but not required, and we welcome attorneys who are motivated to learn and grow with the team.
