• Strong drafting ability, commercial pragmatism, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements across acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing (landlord and tenant), and joint ventures.
• Assist with commercial real estate financings, representing lenders, borrowers, and equity investors.
• Conduct title and survey reviews, perform comprehensive legal due diligence, and manage transactional closings.
