Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters including motion practice, discovery, and depositions.
• Draft briefs, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Appear in Illinois state and/or federal court.
• Assist with real estate disputes and land banking/municipal client matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal analysis.
• Independently manage assigned matters and deadlines with partners' collaboration.
