Job summary

Jobot seeks a Real Estate Associate to join a growing Pennsylvania practice. You’ll work on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, drafting and negotiating agreements, and coordinating with lenders, title companies, and clients through closings.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands‑on CRE experience and an active Pennsylvania Bar admission, with strong drafting and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple matters independently.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Run transactions from structuring through closing for commercial real estate.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents.
• Run title, survey, and zoning due diligence.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, title companies and opposing counsel to close deals.
