BCG Attorney Search in Philadelphia seeks a mid-level Associate for its Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience and is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.

You will draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents, manage due diligence, and assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects while collaborating with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.
• Judicial clerkship experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents.
• Manage due diligence processes, including title and survey review.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and development projects.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
