BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level Associate for its Real Estate Practice Group in Philadelphia, PA or Voorhees, NJ. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience and be admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.

You will draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents, manage due diligence, and support acquisitions, financings, and development projects while coordinating with clients and lenders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate matters.
• Admission to PA and NJ Bars.
• Judicial clerkship experience is desired.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents.
• Manage due diligence processes, including title and survey review.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and development projects.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
