Jobot seeks a Real Estate Associate to join a growing Pennsylvania practice. You’ll work on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, drafting and negotiating agreements, and coordinating with lenders, title companies, and clients through closings.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands‑on CRE experience and an active Pennsylvania Bar admission, with strong drafting and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple matters independently.
Real Estate Associate — Growing Practice Group, PA Bar Required
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year
Our client is a full-service Pennsylvania law firm with a well-established, actively growing commercial real estate practice serving investors, developers, business owners, and lenders across the Lehigh Valley and surrounding region. We're busy, we're collaborative across practice groups, and we hire people who want to build long-term client relationships rather than churn through files.
You’ll handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters — acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing, and development projects — drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents; running title, survey, and zoning due diligence; and working directly with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel to close deals.
